Erin Brod, a performer and choreographer from Cleveland, Ohio began her dance journey at the age of three. She grew up dancing at Ignite Dance Studio where she received several high awards throughout her time there. In December of 2023 she graduated with Summa Cum Laude from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance with a concentration in Performance and Choreography and a minor in Wellness. Within her twenty years of dancing she has trained in several styles including contemporary, hip hop, modern, jazz, ballet, acrobatics, and tap. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to work with Abraham in Motion, Cameron McKinney, Cleveland Dance Project, Erin Kouwe, Teena Custer, Divinity Dance Company, Inlet Dance Theatre, Jennifer Keller, Jessie Ann James, Lindsay Viatori, Staycee Pearl, The Movement Project, and Ursula Payne. Over the past six years she has been making a name for herself as a choreographer with her latest work, “In Women We Trust,” being showcased at the Cleveland Dance Fest in 2023. Erin is currently working at a couple local studios teaching the next generation of dancers along with being a part of the entertainment team for the Cleveland Guardians, the Cleveland Strikers. This is her second season with them. She is thrilled to be a part of Cleveland Dance Project Company for their 2025-2026 season as an apprentice.
