Healing Circle Meditation
Sunday May 19, 2024
4-5pm

Join our healing circle meditation (one hour class). Immerse yourself in a blend of silent and guided meditations, accompanied by gentle healing sounds while connecting to inner guidance, serenity, healing and love. Healing through intention(optional) will be given to each participant during the meditation with gentle connection above the head, on the feet and/or on the shoulders. Bring your own yoga mat (and a cozy blanket if you’d like) as we create a tranquil space to connect and heal. All are welcome to share experiences in the circle after the meditation.

Dr. Jane Li-Conrad is an Osteopathic Family Medicine Physician with over 30 years of experience.  Over the years, she noticed conventional medicine was broken giving temporary solutions that sometimes led to deeper pathology.  Her approach always concentrated on helping patients using natural means whenever possible such as nutrition, exercise, and osteopathic manipulation technique. She became more curious about other ways of healing when some of her patients would share natural remedies that helped them avoid drugs. In 2008 while independently researching natural and gentler ways, she discovered a law of healing used in homeopathic practice since the 1800s: mimic the disease symptoms in tiny doses. It resonated with her and she incorporated it into her Family Practice. Symptoms are signs of your defense system attempting to protect you (cough, inflammation, fever, anxiety etc…).  So, a mimic of your physiology strengthens your defense removing the disease susceptibility.  In 2018 she decided to form her own private practice, known as Remedy Jane, leaving the medical system that wasn't conducive to homeopathic practice. While the homeopathic method is powerful and addresses the mind, she noticed that other ways could also achieve healing. Today, she uses mind healing in its many forms including meditation, mindfulness, bodywork/reiki, setting intentions, faith and homeopathy to overcome chronic illness.
