Rebekah Paul is an attorney in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins and part of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. Her practice includes advising private equity funds and private companies in various types of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and lending matters. Rebekah has additional experience providing guidance on corporate law matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, and contractual arrangements to a wide variety of clients. Rebekah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bowling Green State University. Rebekah first fell in love with dance when she joined the Toledo Ballet at the age of 7. Not long after, she began to compete in the Youth American Grand Prix and was selected to compete in the international finals in New York City. At the YAGP Finals, she was awarded a full-ride scholarship to train with the American Ballet Theatre in their year-round program. Rebekah also spent two summers training with the School of American Ballet. In college, Rebekah was a member of the BGSU Dance Team where she performed a variety of different genres of dance in including pom, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. She also competed in Division 1 Jazz at the National Dance Alliance College Nationals for three years with the BGSU Dance Team. Rebekah is thrilled to reconnect with her passion for dance and support CDP Company in their incredible mission.
